2009 Home Sales in West Newbury
Below are the details of all 49 single family homes sold in 2009 in West Newbury. Housing prices in 2009 went up slightly, from $472,500 to $480,000 and 9 more houses were sold last year compared to 2008. My sold listings were only on the market for an average of 91 days, and my sellers achieved 97.1% of their asking price. The median sales price for my listings for the year was $518,600.
